Kahlua Cake
 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup oil
1/4 cup Kahlua (use the real thing)
 
1. Combine the ingredients above and mix with an electric mixer until well combined.
2. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in pan. Turn pan upside down to remove cake.
4. Continue to cool before glazing.
 
Glaze
 
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua
 
Mix together and drizzle over cake.
 
This cake is great when served with a scoop of premium vanilla ice cream.
